Emory at Snellville - Primary Care Lenora Church

Today, 8/7/23, I was serviced by Dr. Jodi Heath. I was very pleased with the services received. I'll definitely return thanks to her professionalism, patience, good listening skills and her genuine concern for me.

The hardest part is making an appointment. I needed to see a doctor because I thought my son had a virus, but it ended up being covid. They said his doctor was on vacation for Thanksgiving. I asked to see another doctor and they said no. They told me they can make an appointment for their Dunwoody office. I said no. It's at least a 45 minute drive to the Perimeter, not including all the construction in that area, and they could not find an office for me to go to in Gwinnett County. Are they that busy? I went to Urgent Care.

Poor customer service. ?? Never come here! Staff is rude, unprofessional, and does not accommodate their patients. I was looking for a new primary care physician, and needed a follow up after having COVID. I was able to schedule a late appointment here with customer service (I need late appointments due to my work schedule) The CS Rep searched, and this appointment was CLEARLY available in the system, at THIS location.A couple of hours after making the appointment & planning my day, Teresa from this office calls me to reschedule it.
