I've got chronic low back issues that fire up now and then. It's not always possible to get a same-day appointment for certified professional help with this, but yesterday I was lucky enough to find an opening at Donna's shop just 70 minutes after I called. The session went well, with Melanie able to do some deep tissue work that loosened up thise muscles, enough for me to stand up straight and walk with much less pain. It lasted at least 12 hours, which is common for me when this flares up. Time and another visit will help.
