INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Was able to get an appointment to diagnose an issue with my Samsung dryer within less than 24 hours of calling and a repair completed the next day! The technician Andrii showed up right on time after giving me a heads up via text about his expected arrival time. He was incredibly kind and professional! He was able to quickly identify the problem of the motor control board needing replaced and got an invoice sent to me for the cost immediately, which was very reasonably priced! Excellent and rapid professional service. Repair a 20 year old refrigerator with no attempt to up sale. Very courteous and professional technician and I love everything about this experience. And the price can't be beat by anyone.
Vlad, of Doctor Service Appliances did a great job with repairing my washer. He was on time and very pleasant. Overall I was happy with his work and will probably use him again in the future.
