I'm not entirely understanding the negative reviews. I lived in a property managed by them for over 3 years, and they were a delight. Usually, I could get in touch with them. When I couldn't they'd usually get back to me pretty quick. Their maintenence guy was really nice. They were very cordial. A good friend of mine is a real estate broker and he helped me work with them and his assertion was that they're very old fashioned, but in a good way. They still do a lot on paper, but they'll step up in ways nobody really does anymore. For example, we had a pipe burst once and they paid our water bill that month. I have worked with Titus on many occasions and his customer service, knowledge, professionlism and eagerness to help, out ranks any agent I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of agents. I appreciate his insight and above all, his honesty. He is one of the most patient professionals I have ever worked work. Even after the sale or contract has been signed, he still gives great customer service. Titus truly cares about people and always have the clients' best interest at heart. If you are looking for an agent with integrity who will always put you and your best interest first, Titus is the best agent for the job. He is second to none!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! If i could give 10+ stars I would. Titus has set the bar! My expectations were highly met. I was in an unfortunate situation to find a home during the Covid crisis, I found him on GAMLS site for rental homes. As before I would give them a call or text..as most of them never answered. I was constantly being told that the homes were no longer available and getting discouraged. I spoke with Titus, we set up a time, was very prompt and courteous. (We followed the six foot rule lol) I instantly fell in love with this home. I felt that it was perfect for me and my family. I soon found that my move out date was conflicting with the owners move in expectations so I was advised that there were several others that are interested and that one even had cash in hand!! I was devestated!! Typically once the realtor has received word an application was received..thats the end all be all usually. I usually never hear from the realtor after that. But Titus took this opportunity and offered to help me look for other rentals. I was shocked! I thought wow this is wonderful!!! Because i wasn't having any luck on my own. He simply asked me what I was looking for, I gave him my criteria and within 24 hours I received a link via email with almost 60 property listings to choose from! Titus patiently worked with me to tweaked my criteria to my likings...but somehow I still couldn't find what I wanted. The previous house I had my eye on I was comparing it to every other house I saw! Lol 2 weeks later Titus asked if I was still interested in the original home...I screamed!!!! I wasted no time and jumped on it!...and GUESS WHAT!! I GOT THE HOUSE!!! Titus is AMAAZING!! He really didn't have to extend himself the way he did honestly...most realtors I've come across will not invest much time in leasing.. only selling homes and thats ONLY if you have what they're looking for..Titus turned what I thought would be impossible to do because of the pandemic... possible! I am forever grateful and I am definitely going to refer him to everyone I know and don't know! Thank you again Titus! You'll definitely be the one I call when its time for me to buy!!
