Front desk staff is amazing, friendly and understandable. Had to bring our dog in for anal gland issues. When we returned to pick her up, we were told they couldn't do anything except provide meds for her. Spoke with Dr. Very knowledgeable and informative. But our disappointment was the fact the anal gland area was not cleaned up in any manner. So did they actually look at it? Because without cleaning it up, it was hard to tell what the issue was. Is it normal to not clean up the patient before they leave?
Everyone is not the same & shouldn’t be treated as such. My interaction with 95% of the workforce with my 3 dogs has been great and I sincerely appreciate it. The remaining 5% affect the rating as they do not contribute to the overall success of this location and unfortunately in some instances this can be detrimental to a furry family member. Do better or make a change in career path's. I’m sure the same individuals continue to be the subject of the lower ratings here. Thank you to the 95%. If you have to think about which percent you are in…more than likely the 5% crew.
The staff at Banfield Animal Hospital are always friendly, attentive, and ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat and love what they do. They make every visit feel welcoming and put both pets and owners at ease.
