I’m writing on behalf of my 77 year old mother.Back in December she injured her hip. We scheduled an appointment a few weeks later with this office after visiting urgent care. After imaging, it turned out she needed a hip replacement surgery as according to Dr Florence her hip was bone on bone. They gave her some pain meds and sent her home, telling her to make another appointment to schedule the surgery.She called back a week or so later saying the pain meds ran out and the pain was excruciating. This staff is unreliable! I got injured and was referred to this clinic. I was asked to get a referral from my PCP, got it and still 8 days after they don’t have the referral and denied me an appointment! I am never going to this clinic. I Do Not recommend it to anyone!

They want to schedule as many different appointments as they can so they can charge more money. I have pain in my lower back and hip area. They said "ONLY ONE BODY PART PER VISIT"That's a quote from them! I said I don't know which part is the problem. To which they replied I can schedule two appointments.
