I've paid everyone - Orkin etc... All of them gladly took my money, but were not responsible for eliminating the insects. Plenty of excuses that frustrate customers especially after paying. A friend recommended this service and I said... might as well. Immediately I saw a noticeable decrease, and eventually they were gone. The exterminators were all very friendly and honest. In this industry that is not common. I own several properties and Alert will be getting all of my business. For the other exterminators out there, if they were as good at exterminating as they are with billing and calling you, I wouldn't have even met Alert Exterminators.Services: General...read full review

Charles did a great job with my bed bugs problem. He was professional and took care of business at a reasonable price. The office manager, Christian, was also very helpful with logistics and billing. Good experience, would hire again.

I have used alert exterminators for the past twenty-eight years with the highest level of satisfaction. The technicians are informed professionals who have completely eradicated all roaches, rodents, spiders, squirrels and termites from our home. They always cover their shoes and never leave an odor.
