Love this place!It’s not much (it’s modest) but the women here are very friendly, welcoming and do an amazing job with my hair.For a small fee i can come in and have my hair washed before getting it braided. Washing my hair is sometimes a hassle for me.They are honest. If a hairstyle will not work for my hair due to length or any other reasons, they communicate this with me. When i get my hair done here, it lasts a long time compared to other African salons I’ve been to in the surrounding areas. I will always go back here for my hair braiding and definitely would recommend this place.
Great experience although I came early around 9 they come 10 or 20 minutes late but it's cool. And overall they did amazing job for my hair they did my hair exact on the picture hope I come back in the future and they're really friendly ❤

My first cute there was when I was at Shiloh High School in 1998. I saw Scott, Greg, Gerald. I remember when Scott's daughter was a toddler, she's probably a grown up these days. Though I moved to San Diego in 2002, recently came back to Atlanta, one of the first places I came to was Gerald's. Heck, back in the late 1990's, that shopping center had Unit6 Nightclub for Under 18's on the weekend, as well as an indoor skatepark we used to go to all the time. Gerald's has survived all the change.
I told my girlfriend when back in Atlanta, "All I want to know, is that they're all still there, and we need to drive from the city down up to Snellville and see if they're still around", and they were. This was 2019. Scott used to do my head shave when I was in HS playing basketball, my nickname was "Slim Shady" as this was the time of Eminem's start and I had the bleach blonde.
I've seen some wild comments here. Look, people have off days; same as you do. whoever is writing reviews. Thing is, these guys have seen me through my mom dying of breast cancer, my dad having a stroke, breakups, sports, professional sport, etc. I don't know where Gerald is these days, but I'm hoping he's retired. I miss the days of taking a number and paying $12 with a check, but that's back in the day.
Greg used to hardly speak English. Scott was young and going through more than he will ever share with you jokers. So before you get heated, you don't realise that they used to get every Brookwood/Parkview/Shiloh/South Gwinnett kid and their entire families back in the day, and were the community staple. Dale came out last week with great optimism and a great demeanor. He made me feel assured with his calmness and wealth of knowledge. Now comes Noel, he was equally reassuring. In fact he was able to diagnose the root cause of my issue remotely . They came out together a couple of days later and assessed the situation. For the most part he was spot on, but due to my house being 63 years old he could not identify unforeseen conditions. We encountered several and he resolved all.

Josh is extremely easy to work with, does an exceptional job, and is very knowledgeable as well as professional. Today I had scheduled him to work on my hot & cold water valves which were leaking in my laundry room. While he was there with his assistant, I mentioned an issue I was having with a faucet in my master bathroom. I was so pleased that his assistant was able to work on one problem while Josh worked on the other. They were able to complete both. Many plumbers would have had you reschedule another appointment; however, Josh was able to complete both tasks and still make it to his next appointment on time. Received a water bill that was incredibly high. Called "At Your Service Plumbing", a local business, and they came out the very next day. Jared found the leak within 20 minutes! A fitting had cracked at the nut. Jared cut out the faulty area, replaced the remaining line and fittings going into the basement and checked for other problems. Very reasonably priced for the amount of labor, time and parts. Thank you!
Dave and Mike Crewey are the best plumbers in the business! I have had Dave work with us for over 15 years. This Christmas we have had usually cold weather. We woke up in the morning and our hot water heater was out. It was Christmas Eve and Dave made a special trip to make sure our weekend was not spoiled. I found myself in a tight spot and required a key immediately, within 20 minutes, Douglas arrived from KeyExpress Locksmiths. I managed to locate my key and attempted to cancel, but Douglas convinced me to make a spare key so his trip wouldn't be in vain. A friend recommended this service and I said... might as well. Immediately I saw a noticeable decrease, and eventually they were gone. The exterminators were all very friendly and honest. In this industry that is not common. I own several properties and Alert will be getting all of my business. Ervin was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate when I noticed I had a large broken branch resting on my electric service line. He explained the work and the costs and gave me several options on additional work.
Once I decided to move forward with it, he was able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days.
The crew that did the work was great. They were professional, and took care not to damage either the electric service or my cable internet lines that were running through the trees and branches they were removing.
They also park their equipment on the road and use a small picker to move branches to the chipper, to ensure that they do not damage driveways or lawns.
I will be calling these guys back for more tree work in the future.

They cut down a gigantic Red Oak less than 40 feet away from my house and also cut down to smaller oak trees close to the home.The outcome was even better than I could have imagined. I simple loved the first visit there with my grandson. I was put at ease at the front desk with patience and kindness. The doctor's assistant was so informative and encouraging, in saying, that my, not so cooperative 2 1/2 year old, grandson's behavior was perfectly normal. She was able to get the job done, through his screams and all. Dr. T came in so relaxed and patient. He explained everything clearly to me, and I was able to inform my daughter of what we needed to do before our next visit. Front desk greeted me promptly and courteously. I’ve had the same hygienist and she is prompt and attentive during the cleaning process, giving suggestions politely and doing a very thorough cleaning.

This was my first time having to go to a chiropractor. I was very nervous, but Dr. Dave was so nice, gentle, and informed me every step of the way. He worked on all of my areas of concern and gave me at home exercises to continue to ease my pain. I am very grateful that I chose Scott Chiropractic over the other practices I researched. The doctors are very good at explaining what's going on when you have issues that need a chiropractor. All of the front office staff are super nice and patient.
My experience here is always low-key amazing. The atmosphere is healing and mellow.
Better than that, Dr Dave is a gifted chiropractor who is thoughtful about his work. I felt much better after one session, but I hardly recognize myself after ten.

I found Dr. Craine and his team at Snellville Animal Hospital while going to vet tech school. I was able to witness first hand the love and compassion for the animals they see and their owners. That was back in 2013 and it made me a customer for life.
We had been here years ago and always had a good experience. Today, when our little yorkie was hurt we decided to take him there to be looked at. The lady at the front desk, the vet tech and Dr. Foley were all kind and caring. They saw us quickly and gave us peace of mind that our baby did not break or dislocate his leg. I would highly recommend them to others.
I will never need another vet after coming here. The front desk staff is so kind and able to explain expenses and treatment costs. The vets and vet tech seem to genuinely love their jobs and the animals they care for.

Genuinely enjoy coming to this vet. I have taken my cat, Oliver, here twice now. First was for an abscess/antibiotics, second was for a follow up/vaccines. The staff here is amazing, Dr. Bradley does an amazing job at recruiting great staff members who are compassionate and caring. The staff always handles my baby with care. Additionally, the young lady at the front desk is also very responsive, organized and sharp.
Dr. Bradley is incredible, I love that she mentors young staff and she treats her patients with TLC. I also want to point out that the clinic is fairly priced, and I am confident in having them as Oliver’s primary vet. Best animal clinic in South Gwinnett in my experience.

I've had only the best experiences here. I've had three different therapists, and they've all been fabulous. They've had their own unique styles but have all given exactly what I've asked for. I've most recently seen Melanie, and she worked magic. Donna is so responsive and sweet when I schedule. Please try Donna's Massage Therapy instead of the purple chain that upcharges if you don't purchase a membership.
Connie is an excellent massage therapist. Her training in neuromuscular therapy is evident and most welcome. She did a lot to alleviate my shoulder pain in just 1 session.
Let me first start off by saying Ms. Regina have the right name for her company because my massage was PHENOMENAL!!! I agree 1000% with all the positive reviews. From the time I walked into her spa area a sense of peace came over me. Ms. Regina was very welcoming and asked permission to touch my face and head, which was a bonus to me and never gotten that at any of the high end spa places I’ve gone to unless I paid extra for that service. Her detail to explaining the importance of breathing in and out during the service helped me relax even more. I won’t name names, but trust me when I say I have been to several different high end spas and they were all great, but listen? Gregory was amazing! He didn't waste time, yet he was laid back and made driving fun to do. He also effectively taught me to parallel park, and reverse park in 2 days of practicing.
On the third day of driving with him, I was able to go onto the highway for roughly 45 minutes.
He takes care to ensure you steer smoothly and he taught me to break really smoothly.
So within 3 days of having greg as my teacher, I can confidently say that he taught me how to drive!
Also hes very chill as i said, he cracks jokes while staying on task for the lessons which greatly reduced my stress.
