There were some intense stains from pets and normal life. My carpet isn’t the same and is thankful for the bath. I am pleased and look forward to another great deal and refresh of what was just done. Professional. Courteous. On time. Thorough.

Our Zerorez experience was terrific. Carson arrived on time, explained the process, asked if we wanted a few options, which we did, and went to work. After the upstairs, he asked us to take a look and make sure we were pleased. He did the same for the downstairs. He was extremely pleasant and professional. The work looked superb and already smelling fresh and clean. Would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
