The entire staff from the time I walked in was very nice and I felt they were truly concern and willing to get me seen quickly as possible!! I felt safe in their care 10 out of 10 rating for me
This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I came in for care last night around 8:30 pm after running up a fever really bad and was told there would be an hour and half wait. I sat in the waiting area for about 30 mins before I was called to get my vitals done. The nurse and front desk lady were very kind to me and very thoughtful about my concerns.
After doing my vitals and Covid test, the nurse said that although they usually send folks back to the waiting area, she could tell I was really going through it and allowed me to wait there for a room to open up where I could wait for the doctor. I had a great experience. I went in for a sprained ankle, thankfully it wasn’t fractured and the staff was so accommodating. Nurse Sandra held my baby for me while I got imaging done on my foot and she wheeled me to my car to help me get in. Dr. Woods was kind, compassionate, patient, and attentive considering it’s a in-out kind of facility. I had a 30min wait time but the whole experience lasted about an hour and half-ish, and I went in about 7pm-ish. The place was clean, even the bathroom.
