Thank you Pink Plumber! We received the best service from Michael Turpen who was on time, professional, and knew what to do as our service had a few problems. We appreciate the personal service he provided to explain everything along the way.
I called The Pink Plumber Saturday morning and within less than 2 hours Jacob arrived with his assistant and quickly fixed our issues by pumping the tank and draining the lines to avoid future issues. He had the problem fixed, cleaned everything up and had our system working again. The call taker for The Pink Plumber Ashley kept us updated as to arrival times and informed us as to which Plumbing Tech would take care of us. Great service.
The first day my mom was on the schedule she stayed home for the 12-4pm arrival window. Technician was a no call, no show. Very frustrating! Marcus was dispatched the next morning and showed up within the arrival window. Marcus went above & beyond and diffused my mom’s anger from the previous day. Marcus was patient, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
