Visiting my son at his rental hone & a clog in main line caused an overflow in the basement.I give the company credit for coming out on short notice - only company that was willing to do that. However, when he arrived and ran the auger, it hit the clog and then couldn’t go any further. The plumber couldn’t figure out if the house was on city or sewage service , so he wasn’t sure if the tank was full and needed pumping, which he couldn’t help us with; OR, if city service, he’d have to come back in the morning with a camera to resolve the issue - in the meantime, we could not use any water or plumbing fixtures.
