Dr. Raines is very personable, transparent, and efficient. After comprehensive evaluation, he explained things clearly, gave me options, and gave me his recommendation. I had a torn labrum and rotator cuff and frankly dreaded surgery based on stories I have heard. After discussing with Dr. Raines, I was very comfortable in proceeding with the surgery. He walked me through the process and what the next few months would look like. 5 months later I can honestly say that the entire process followed what he outlined exactly and the results have been very favorable.
