Hair type: Upon my arrival, I was promptly attended to by the staff. My hair was in a state of disarray, with various colors such as orange, black, white, and blonde. Despite the complexity, they managed to achieve a uniform shade, with the exception of two intentional shades as per my request. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the service provided.

Stylist: Norma and another employee (I didn't get her name, language barrier) were super nice and saved my hair.

The staff is AMAZING!! Very friendly the place is clean ladies are very sweet, I do suggest for you to be STRICT when asking for a haircut I had beautiful long hair!. I showed the lady how much I wanted to cut which was just a little bit with a few layers almost same length but with more body but I look like Dora now lol I got up reached back to feel my hair GONE!! My heart dropped I thought about telling her but I was like for what it’s gone now she can’t glue my hair back anyways I’m really sad! It took me a lot to take care of my hair and grow it specially after my pregnancy hair falls off, but I mean on the bright side it grows back but it takes forever!!! So...read full review
