the woman who did my toes is a sweetheart, but the way she did my big toes physically hurt. my toe is infected and theres dried blood. she took out so much skin/nail when she didn't have too. her english wasn't fluent so she couldn't understand much, only my discomfort in my face.

All of the ladies at the salon are really nice and really know all about nails lol! Except when I came in today to get a mani-pedi with gel polish, the lady doing my feet didn't even use the dryer and some of the polish came off so not a good time there and another lady who was doing my nails was kind of aggressive and didn't get all the access polish off. So for this place I would give it a 6/10 experience. Sorry!

Happy with my nails, but sad to say I cannot give this business 5 stars because of the poor customer service. I have been here two times and both times the young girl who works here has been rude and abrupt to both myself and other customers. This last time in particular they were short staffed with only 3 techs and 5 customers including myself. I was number 4 in line and ended up waiting an hour before I was seen which is okay because it was my choice to wait. What I was appalled to see was this girl called up her husband probably telling him there are too many customers and asking whether she can turn us away.
