My neighbor recommended Moore HVAC / Air Conditioning to me (word of mouth FTW) in 2020 when my water-sourced unit stopped working after my water heater was replaced. Gary and his son showed up the next day and knew exactly where to start looking for the issue. It turned out there was air in the water lines and they hooked up a hose and cleared out the line and were on their way in about 30 minutes. Fast forward to summer 20201. I had signed up for a maintenance plan with one of the big-box vendors and when that expired I called Moore to see if they could help with my A/C unit running constantly. I know GA summers are hot but this was over the top and I was concerned. After confirming my unit was working and it wasn't an emergency they were able to come out in a few days. It turns out the big-box store didn't really clean the compressor, it was caked with dirt, leaves, and grime, which explained the incredibly poor performance. It took a few hours but afterwords my HVAC was running efficiently, and my electric bill dropped from nearly $200 a month (in 2020) to just over $100 a month. That savings paid for their services. Speaking of charges - their rates are super reasonable and they always explain the breakdown. I've never felt that I was being pressured or taken advantage of by Gary or his son. I highly recommend Moore Air Conditioning! You won't regret it!

I had a great experience with Moore both times my A/C went on the blink. They are fast, reliable and charge a reasonable price. The explained everything as they went along so there were no surprises. I asked a lot of questions about Heating and A/C in general and they were glad to answer. I opted for the annual service contract with them to keep my A/C & Heating in good shape. 2 Thumbs Up.

I called another company repairman, a recommendation from a friend, and he cancelled on me within an hour of our set appt time. I Googled other repairmen in my area, and I came upon Moore Air Conditioning. After checking out the positive reviews, I decided to call them. I had to leave a message, however, Stephanie called me back within 20 minutes. We arranged for MAC to come within an hour, the same day! They arrived on time and within 30 minutes, the MAC team determined the problem and resolved the issue. Gary explained to me the issue and let me know how he resolved it. Stephanie called me for payment and the bill amount was very reasonable for the job. I would recommend this company.
