“I called to make an appointment for next day and Martin(the owner) called me and told me he could come the dame day. He is very honest, hard worker and his price is very fair. I trust this company completely. He didn’t live until he fixed the air conditioner. I recommend company to everyone. I have to had my air conditioner service and Mr Martin came and did it in a Saturday because that’s the only day I am available. As always, he was very professional and got the job done. He tested me back quickly with the best service contact number. I called and got a call back from the technician John in about an hour. Described the situation and he said he'd be there in an hour. Gary and his son showed up the next day and knew exactly where to start looking for the issue. It turned out there was air in the water lines and they hooked up a hose and cleared out the line and were on their way in about 30 minutes. Fast forward to summer 20201. I had signed up for a maintenance plan with one of the big-box vendors and when that expired I called Moore to see if they could help with my A/C unit running constantly. I know GA summers are hot but this was over the top and I was concerned. After confirming my unit was working and it wasn't an emergency they were able to come out in a few days. It turns out the big-box store didn't really clean the compressor, it was caked with dirt, leaves, and grime, which explained the incredibly poor performance. It took a few hours but afterwords my HVAC was running efficiently, and my electric bill dropped from nearly $200 a month (in 2020) to just over $100 a month. That savings paid for their services. Speaking of charges - their rates are super reasonable and they always explain the breakdown. I've never felt that I was being pressured or taken advantage of by Gary or his son.
