He walked the roof noticed some issues. Said I don't think you need to replace it right now. Told me what to look for to know when it needs replacing and took care of the problem that was causing my leak. No charge. AMAZING considering the 13k another company wanted to replace the roof. They came out and spent time figuring out the best way to hang the new gutters to keep water away from the house. They really cared and gave a great price. In short, it has worked very, very well, fulfilling everything that Kevin Bowers had told us. Other than blowing leaves out of roof "valleys" every once in a while, we've had to do no maintenance. Gutters don't leak, don't get covered with leaves and twigs, and don't clog up with debris, problems we experienced with the gutters we "inherited" when we bought the house 25 years ago. Kevin is upfront, very personable, and does not employ high pressure sales tactics. So we were and are very pleased with both the product and the whole process.“
