Timothy helped route our gutters away from our home which had been filling a low spot in our yard. Tim and his crew made a quick assessment and within a few days was back out to knock out the job. I couldn’t be any happier with the results, clean up was great and the yard remained level. Definitely would recommend. Thanks for the great work Tim!

This is a great company run by Tim Awabdy, the owner. We developed a leak in our basement due to poor grading by the builder (and being cheap in not continuing the poured wall the last 10 ft), and a foundation expert said we needed the area re-graded with a retaining wall installed. Found this company by accident, and so glad we did. Called 5 companies and Tim was only one of two who actually came out to view the area. He found water drainage issues that the other guy and the foundation specialist missed. He was able to start the work within a reasonable amount of time, and used wall bricks that closely matched the brick on the house (other guy wasn't going to give us a choice). He and his assistant were also very careful in not disturbing our AT&T fiber optic cable close by AND our irrigation system wiring that was right next to where he needed to work. His work was thorough in that he not only ire-graded and installed the retaining wall, he sealed the wall and installed a rubber lining at the foundation and re-sealed it again. I would highly recommend Tim for any drainage issues/landscaping.

Timothy and his crew have been servicing our yard for approximately 4 years. They do very good job keeping the property up to our standards and also fixing several issues like the full irrigation system, drainage issues, and erosion.He’s responsive and pays attention to details.I totally recommend this company.
