I came here to share a demoralizing experience I had at this drs office due to the combination of
1) their office staff’s failure to communicate requirements before I had already driven across town for the appointment (although I asked twice if I had everything I’d need 2 weeks and again 1 week in advance) +
2) their inflexible policy of not accepting my insurance unless their dr was already posted as my pcp. Yesterday was my very first attempted visit. The receptionist recommended I call and ask my insurance if they could make the switch in their office and miraculously my insurance could do it on the spot! I have been a patient here for the last 2 years and I absolutely loved my experience with the nurse practitioner Crystal Johnson. I am not sure what has happened within the last few years. Calling to get an appointment or a prescription refill is useless. You can not get a live person on the phone. This is ridiculous.

It's been an horrible experience! I came out here 4 times for my scripts,they keep writing the wrong person, wrong meds,serious meds like High blood pressure meds still haven't received them
