It's fine so far. My dog has had his Temperament test and will soon be boarded for a few days then bathed and have his nails trimmed. I've had a tour of the facility and will revise my review after his boarding, Bath and nail trim.
I’m so impressed by this doggie day care business! Everyone who works here really cares so much about the dogs in their care. I highly highly recommend bringing your dogs for day care as well as boarding. They have play groups and the dogs really enjoy it! For dogs who don’t get on well with others, they have great individual walks several times a day. And, they make sure every dog has access to plenty of water. The kennels are kept very clean and sterilized. Top notch services here. The grooming is wonderful as well as the training program. I am so impressed with everything about this business. I give it five big woofs out of five!
My pup and I really like this facility. It is clean, the staff are always pleasant and willing to answer any questions. I let my pup stay overnight (the first time ever at any facility, I was the helicopter pup mom but the staff always reassured me of his status and when he was a little stressed they put him in a suite and took him for a walk like I asked. The only reason I am givin four of five stars is becuase the camera system for the small dogs continues to be unavailable. There are four cameras, three of them are for the big dogs so you are unable to see the small dogs which was one of the reasons I selected this facility.
