Dr. Bang answered all my questions with patience and clarity, making me feel valued as a patient. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the visit. The office team was awesome! They were kind and provided exceptional customer service, and were just all around fun and inviting people! Clarkson Eyecare exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend.

Dr. Bang, she is an excellent eye doctor very thorough very informative and the staff is fantastic too. They enjoy having conversations with her clients. The only thing I don’t like is the price of the glasses for someone who’s a senior unlimited income and your Medicare doesn’t pay all of it Clarkston Eyecare should have a discount prices for their seniors.

Love it here! I’ve been coming to see Dr. Bang for over 10 years. The office is nice to visit with friendly staff that is always willing to help and never pushy. They are great with moving you through your visit, and I always receive expert assistance with selecting stylish frames. I trust Dr. Bang with providing me the best options for my eyecare as she is thorough, direct and knowledgeable.My glasses and contacts have always been shipped to me. I think one year there was a small delay but I was notified of this and every other time they arrived quicker than expected.
