“Our dogs Roxie and Rosie have been seeing Dr Rox for probably 10 years now. She is very thorough, her documentation is meticulous, and if she doesn’t know the answer she has many resources to get the right information. (We have had some very complicated issues.) Dr Rox makes safe and evidenced based recommendations. In 10 years there have been communication mistakes regarding appointment times/dates, prescription refills, etc but it’s only occasionally and at the end of the day we know that Dr Rox and the staff at Arkle really care about our babies. Any miscommunication was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Dr Rox has spent hours with us over the years making sure that we know how to take care of the pups. When we worked with a rescue and had to take our foster to another vet for price/discounts, we could definitely tell other vets don’t take the time like Dr Rox does.“

“My dog fell off the bed in the middle of the night and injured his leg. CAC was able to get us in the next morning. The vet that we saw was someone filling in for the normal vets. Dr Navarro was very good and explained everything very well. She was able to provide me with a recommendation for the surgery that Snitch needs. The vet she recommended was very thorough and reasonably priced. Overall I was very happy with the visit, as always.“

“My lil dude needed specialized surgery. I went to several consults before deciding on Dr. Olsen. The care my dog received here was top notch. The front desk helped ease my anxiety and answered any questions I had the days before surgery. Dr. Olsen kept me informed every step of the way. She made sure I understood post op instructions and that my dog was fit to go home. If this office was closer to me, I’d use them as my regular vet as well. “Dr. Heard and his staff have exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with them as my puppy's vet! During the exam Dr. Heard is very informative and so friendly with my puppy Milky, you can really tell that it is very important for him and his staff that Milky is comfortable and happy and not afraid of her vet visit. He also makes you feel secure that your pet is in good hands. What really stood out to me is that Dr. Heard really wants you as the pet owner to understand exactly what he is doing and involves you in your pets examination by explaining every single thing he does and by letting you help calm your pet during uncomfortable moments for the puppy like vaccinations. I have never seen a vet with such great bedside manner and I am so happy my puppy feels comfortable at the vet. Everyone is so kind and helpful and you can tell they all really love what they do. I would recommend Dr. Heard to anyone!“

“They trim my sugar glider nails always gentle and patient with them. They are such tiny nails and they do a great job!“

“Took my 8.5 year old Schnoodle to have some lumps examined. I called multiple places and they were all booked for at least a month. I wanted/needed to know sooner than later, if the lumps were bad. I put in a request on their portal and the next morning as soon as they opened I heard from someone. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for her a few days later. The process was easy as far as her being a new patient of theirs. The deposit wasn't outrageous. When we were arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and taken back to our room almost immediately. The vet that took care of my dog, had wonderful bedside manner, was thorough with her exam, explained everything to me in detail, a great veterinarian all around. I ended up getting her some shots that she needed. The team was super sweet and it was the first time she hasn't been scared when she's been handled & gotten shots. Peachtree Hills will be our permanent vet from here on out. I couldn't be happier to find such a caring place.“

“Everyone from the front desk to Dr Diaz is wonderful, kind and caring. Dr Diaz is calm and thorough and always takes the time to explain and patiently answer all my questions. His kind demeanor rubs off on everyone, staff and pets alike and my dog is always at ease the entire time. Dr Diaz is extremely accommodating especially with us being first time dog parents and the barrage of questions he has to face from us. Through it all, he responds as if we were the most important people in the world. We are deeply appreciative of Dr Diaz's skills not just as a medic but for being a wonderfully warm and welcoming human being.“

“We received a call from the early morning dr. saying our cat was doing poorly and was very sick. We were offered plasma transfusion or humane euthanasia. With the clear emphasis on the euthanasia as the correct choice. In retrospect we feel we let the cat down by not doing the plasma and the better choice would have been to recommend the plasma perhaps at a reduced rate as we already had spent 3000 plus on the emergency service. We still don't know how much the plasma would have cost. With that being said the two dr's we dealt with were excellent and the front desk was outstanding. Just a feeling that we should have at least tried the plasma. thanks“

“Old school vet. Cleaned my dog's teeth for a fraction of what my regular vet would have charged. Dr. Dangar did an excellent job. Called me as soon as he finished the procedure to let me know my dog did great. I will go to him next Year. Was referred to him by my neighbors.“
