I was warmly greeted by the receptionist (so sorry I didn't catch her name) but she made me feel at ease since this was my first time ever getting a wax and I had some major jitters! Gabby came and got me shortly afterward and she was super professional and calming the entire appointment which was not long at all. It can be a bit unnerving revealing yourself, intimately, to someone performing this kind of service so I appreciated that was she kind and comforting. I really appreciated the experience because I was not sure what I signed myself up for (lol!). Absolutely wonderful staff !!!“

“First time visiting & I must say I love the aesthetics. I love salt lamps, so this is definitely a happy place for me. The vibe was pleasant & inviting. The front desk was friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful.Zakaria, one of the estheticians, was very friendly and patient. She explained the services that was offered, made suggestions and was just overall informative on self-care & wellness.I usually go to the salt sauna room at Jeju, so that’s what I was expecting. It’s definitely a different experience. Due to a yoga class, we had our session in the kids’ room, which kind of threw off the ambiance for us. BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of burying my feet in the salt, the coolness in the air, the slight taste of salt in my mouth & my difference in breathing. I felt extremely relaxed and would have definitely dozed off had I been there alone. I will say the lymphatic effects were immediate for both my friend and I, about 30-40 minutes into our session.Overall, I enjoyed my session and I will be implementing halotherapy into my self-care routine. My last visit was with Tim and he did an amazing job identifying and working out my tight spots. Also give me some nice workouts suggestions I can do throughout the day. So good that I went ahead and signed up for a membership. Looking forward to getting my monthly massages.

“Came in today and wanted a nail design that took a lot of patience for the worker doing my nails (Katie). She went above and beyond with my nails and was super nice. Typically when I get my nails done workers often damage my cuticles, Katie was gentle and left my nails in good shape. Will definitely be coming back!“
