Great Customer Service! Charging port broke on my external Hard Drive. They were able to get all the information off if it and transfer it for me. Whether, its your phone, tablet, computer, hard drive, or etc take it to Mr. Fix It Sharpsburg location first.

I visited the Sharpsburg, GA location and everyone I interacted with was soooo nice! I left my Ipad to be fixed late on a Monday afternoon and they told me it may take 2 or 3 days for diagnostic and repair. They called me 2 hours later and it was already complete and ready to go. I was very happy with the pricing. The first employee I spoke with tried a few things with the volume button to see if there was an actual problem or if it was just dirt etc. He said if he could clean it out and it worked fine there would be no charge. Free diagnostics too! I will definitely go back for future needs!!!
