“Before I started going to 100% Chiropractic in Sharpsburg, I was almost debilitated. I could hardly move because of my back hurting so badly. I wasn't able to sleep or do everyday tasks without extreme pain. Working was a dreadful. Even resting at night with my family was almost too much. I couldn't sit or stand for more than 30 minutes without my back locking up and sending me to nearly tears so having fun with my family on the weekend was out of the question. But after the first adjustment from Dr Zach Anthony, I have been able to get back to what I have been missing out on because of pain. The Drs there take pride in what they do and it shows. I have the ability to work without a lot of pain, spend time with my family with having to stop every 30 mins to rest my back, and I now have more mobility than I've had in a long time. I know it's going to take a lot more time to get where I need to be, but it's a work in progress. Bottom line is, I haven't felt this good in a few years!

“This is my all time favorite chiropractor and I have been to at least 5 different ones. I have been pregnant twice and have seen Movement Chiropractic in all stages of pregnancy, including postpartum. I have had both babies 100% natural and I attribute regular Chiropractor visits to put the baby in the perfect spot for delivery. Even after delivery, my body has been shifting back into place and adjustments are almost necessary. They understand the body and care for it well. Not only do they do excellent work, but they deeply care about me as a person. They take the time to ask about my family and work, building strong relationships. Honestly, I was telling my husband that they feel like family because of how personal they are. They have three different doctors and I love all three. The office staff is also very friendly and accommodating if needed. You can tell this team is close knit and they don't just care about their customers but each other as well creating a peaceful, loving environment space. You might even catch them playing Christian music in the office, which is my favorite!! 10/10 recommended this place.“

“Oh what a place! I met Dr. Monnin at my job where she does adjustments a few times I week. I could barely walk due to sciatica and inflammation. The doctor adjusted me and gave me her card to visit her office so that I could look at other treatments and massage. I called the office to book a massage, the staff is so friendly and helpful. She was able to talk to be about booking, and gave me pricing after checking my insurance. Friday morning I hobbled in, signed in and was promptly taken back to the room by my masseuse. He was kind and explained the process well. That was the MOST INCREDIBLE massage I’ve ever had. I had some muscular imbalance and awful pain. After an hour of magic hands and the right amount of pressure I could feel the knots releasing before he was even finished. I left feeling substantially better with the instructions to stretch, take a little pain med for soreness if needed. My back feel WAY better. I’m noticing my mobility returning more every day. I was able to touch my toes the very next day. I will be a regular here. I love this practice and the people who work there.“

No forearms were used (I hate when therapists do that), and my muscles and joints were worked out wonderfully. Sure it was a little painful but that's only because my body is sore from a work out and also very tight! I'd go back to Plumyumi again. The heated massage table is a welcomed touch too!“
