The first time I reached out to her, she helped me schedule immediately & made sure I was able to schedule fill in appointments. May I also add that when I first came to the salon, my lashes were a WRECK. I had lots of damage to my natural lashes & very large gaps. I was also suffering from hair loss (including my lashes) due to a medical condition. Crystal has taken such amazing care of my lashes over the last months that my natural lashes are now longer & stronger than ever. Envy stands out because of the quality of care & services that are provided. Crystal caters to each individual client & works hard to give each person an amazing result. To add, her prices are beyond fair for the quality of lashes she provides, & she is more than understanding if circumstances arise & appointments have to be rescheduled.
