My A/C suddenly stopped cooling properly. I called Superior Service after hours (9:15 p.m.) and left a message. Andy responded within 10 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, with a call ahead. Andy was very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what the issue was. He made the repair and went above and beyond - cleaning the unit and thoroughly checking everything. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. Our A/C was not cooling properly. So we called Andy at Superior Service Heating and Cooling. Andy came out the same day. He Arrived promptly shortly before at our 3pm appointment. He’s was very polite, knowledgeable and let us know what the issue was right away. He fixed the unit and our A/C works great! We are looking to replace the unit shortly due to it’s an older unit and we want to upgrade. Andy is definitely who we will call.

Our AC went down and a neighbor recommended I call Andy at Superior Service Heating and Cooling. I called him after 9:00 p.m. and left a voicemail. He called me back within 5 minutes and was out the very next morning. He repaired the unit quickly and explained what had happened in detail so we knew the scope of the work he performed. He also set us up with a PM plan at a great price. If you need heating or air work done I can't recommend Superior Service Heating and Cooling enough.
