“Before I started going to 100% Chiropractic in Sharpsburg, I was almost debilitated. I could hardly move because of my back hurting so badly. I wasn't able to sleep or do everyday tasks without extreme pain. Working was a dreadful. Even resting at night with my family was almost too much. I couldn't sit or stand for more than 30 minutes without my back locking up and sending me to nearly tears so having fun with my family on the weekend was out of the question. But after the first adjustment from Dr Zach Anthony, I have been able to get back to what I have been missing out on because of pain. The Drs there take pride in what they do and it shows. I have the ability to work without a lot of pain, spend time with my family with having to stop every 30 mins to rest my back, and I now have more mobility than I've had in a long time. I know it's going to take a lot more time to get where I need to be, but it's a work in progress. Bottom line is, I haven't felt this good in a few years!

I felt immediate relief and booked a couples massage for my husband and me. Now this just sent everything over the top. The best massages we've ever had. Ever! So therapeutic. It’s definitely a different experience. Due to a yoga class, we had our session in the kids’ room, which kind of threw off the ambiance for us. BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of burying my feet in the salt, the coolness in the air, the slight taste of salt in my mouth & my difference in breathing. I felt extremely relaxed and would have definitely dozed off had I been there alone. I will say the lymphatic effects were immediate for both my friend and I, about 30-40 minutes into our session.Overall, I enjoyed my session and I will be implementing halotherapy into my self-care routine. I’ll also be trying the other services offered.“

My last visit was with Tim and he did an amazing job identifying and working out my tight spots. Also give me some nice workouts suggestions I can do throughout the day. So good that I went ahead and signed up for a membership. Looking forward to getting my monthly massages.
