Again, Rosa Ilana Quiles is wonderful. She texts to let me know she’s coming the day before her visit. Today, she rang the doorbell to show me all the little wasp nests in progress along the eaves of my house. She was so sweet. We shared the horror. lol. Rosa had a solution and would get the nests she could reach. My house is tall. Funny again how I’ve used Yates for 18 years and NEVER have the techs rang the doorbell to show me things going on around my house. Especially just brushing cobwebs. Is this what I’ve been paying for and never received? Maybe it takes a woman to follow directions and make it right. Rosa is wonderful.

Rosa is very nice, she always ring our doorbell when she arrives at our home and just goes straight to work and if we have any questions she is prompt to answer, very conscientious about her work.
