I have a very strong prescription and was not happy with the frames I had chosen. I had no problems returning them. I chose a different frame and now have a pair of glasses that I love! When you go, ask for Julia. She's wonderful!
Everyone at this office is exceptionally friendly, sharp as tacks, and helpful. I called a dozen vision offices trying to figure out coverage for contacts and Grexi was not only pleasant on the phone - which is amazing - but willing to drop everything and battle insurance for me. Can't say enough nice things about this team.
The experience I received here was great. Prompt hospitable service from the time I walked in to get my contacts to the time I walked out...AND WALKED BACK IN. Why did I come back you ask? I was in such a holiday season rush, I accidentally left my wallet in the vision center. Aware of my negligence, Graxi called me to inform me and upon returning, Roberta greeted me with a smile.. and my wallet. Thank you ladies for making my day and saving me a holiday headache.
