The slogan they use of get your title back with title max should be never get your title back with title max. The interest rate they gave me of 186 and 195 for my vehicles I have had to keep refinancing because I was never told the payment was not bringing my balance down. I have paid so much in refinancing I lost both vehicles because I couldn’t afford to keep refinancing I was paying the fees for over a year. This place is a scam. You advertise one way, but operate in another. For example: You advertise that a person has available cash ?? (you also CHANGE that amount) they can borrow if they pay a certain amount up front. The pays the certain amount up front and is still DENIED the funds and you don't reimburse the upfront fees. ?? Please explain. ??

Representative very rude. Blaming the office where my loan was started for the issue when she was the issue at that moment. Not listening and then saying she is not a mind reader. You don’t have ti be a mind reader but if you don’t listen you will need to figure it out. Very ignorant to be at the corporate office.
