Mr. Sam was very professional and honest. I contacted Stellar Air to get a second estimate for work I was told needed to be done. Mr. Sam assessed my unit and determined that everything was fine.

About a month ago, I got a new heat pump installed. No pushy sales tactics. Installers were polite, professional, and worked quickly. When they were packing up, I was told it may be a day or so before I really notice the cold air - two hours later and my wife was in a blanket because here feet were cold. In the month since install, my home has been a lovely, non-humid temperature. I have had zero issues and have been happy to recommend them to friends and family.
