Jackie was great! It was a hassle with insurance because my name was put in wrong, however she took her time and helped me every step of the way. I was even able to walk out with two of my pairs same day. The other two ladies that were here yesterday and today were also very nice. All in all they made me feel welcomed and were very satisfied with my service!

I took my 13 year old grandson into the Savannah office on Friday hoping to get him a new pair of glasses to start at a new school on Monday. Jolita assisted us and we could not have asked for better customer service! She was very engaging, made us both feel so comfortable, had great suggestions for him and gave us the best pricing that she was able to find to suit our needs. This is a great place to go for an eye exam! Jolite was so great at helping making sure I was satisfied and was very attentive to what I needed during my visit. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to help each customer!!!
