St. Joseph's/Candler Medical Group - Eisenhower

Just had my yearly mammogram done at St Joseph on Eisenhower and was very pleased with the care and attention that I received from the two ladies that helped me Natalie and ​ carron very professional thank you ladies

I was a VA referral, trying to follow up from a phone call and a letter from the VA about an appointment. The lady in the morning was rude, kept talking over me. I was going to just let slide when a gentleman called me from the same office I could barely understand what he was saying. But was able to get the phone number, as soon as he found out it was the VA it was over and didn't want to deal with me anymore. It was horrible ... I am a Military Veteran with 22yrs active duty service, I have been a patient of Dr. Lorrine McRae and previously Dr. Houser for the past 13yrs and they have both been wonderful physicians with exceptional professionalism. However, I submitted paperwork that the Veterans Administration required regarding my health in July of this year, I called every week and was told "the doctor is out or the doctor took it home with her, or we'll call you when it's ready "! Now I'm in the October and today they told me the paperwork was picked up by me or my wife which never happened!
