I ordered the Honey bucket with swing arm with male attachment. What I receive is the unit with the female attachment which will not fit my rig. I start a return but was charged for shipping back to Smoke Cartel. The error was not mine, the software stated the product would work with the items in my cart, it did not and SC refused to acknowledge the mistake. The products are great quality but I also need customer service to be on point which it is not. I'm done with your company, terrible customer service.
So I stepped in to buy my daughter a bong for her birthday. The young lady never looked up to acknowledge me, even though I spoke as I walked in. Walked around the store and even at one point I just stood there waiting for her to engage with me, another guy walked in( caucasian) she spoke to him and helped him. I'm disappointed, the set up is exquisite would have loved to actually bought my daughter bong from there. But , customer service is EVERYTHING TO ME. I know nothing about this stuff, so I really needed help to know what would be best for her.
I should have read the reviews here first!!! I received a malfunctioning Honey Stick "aerobee" which in all honesty is not smoke cartels fault. (but please read on) The battery will only function when plugged in & It never charges. What is their fault is the now 2 weeks that they have spent after I sent them a video of the battery malfunctioning. When I inquire about what is going on I originally got "This is still being reviewed by the product team." I have demonstrated the item is defective and just want to get a correctly functioning one. How long does it take to "review" a 15 second video? Simple math seems to suggest about 15 seconds. The most frustrating part of this is if/when they exchange the battery they are surely going to get a credit either from the distributor or the manufacturer. So why not just make it as easy and convenient as possible the customer? A pleasant easy exchange would certainty go a long way for getting repeat business. It's now been several days since my last emails and text to them, and they are no longer responding back. Real "stand up" folks. I suggest you deal with anyone other than the ripoff cartel
