I have been going to SPY for 2 months now and am in love with this studio and group of yogi women. I have had unlimited memberships to other yoga studios but they always seemed to be missing something for me - I didn’t know what that was until I joined SPY. This studio is judgment free, fun, relaxing and GENUINE. I feel that every teacher genuinely cares about their students practice and their experience. I feel the same way about the people in the class, too. I can’t say enough good things about this studio. We are so lucky to have this on the island.
We booked a private yoga class for a bachelorette party in Forsyth Park - incredible experience! We loved Amanda, she led us in the perfect class for all experience levels and we were able to rent mats for everyone traveling in for the weekend. Would highly recommend!
What a wonderful yoga studio and such a great class. The staff were so friendly too. I told them I had carpal tunnel and they gave me good recommendations and tips. The flow of the class was awesome. I left feeling empowered and relaxed all at the same time. Absolutely loved this place and hope my busy schedule allows me to make it back soon ♥️
