We have been with Road Auto since November 2019. My husband and I have had a great experience all the way through. We've had 100% on time payments the past three yrs, If we had issue Ms.Sharon and Ms.Dorsey always handled them fast and efficiently. We just paid off my car on March 4 2022, a yr and eight mths early. I truly thank them for financing my car, the previous finance company approved me allowed me to leave the lot (with a different car) then two weeks later stated they couldn't finalize the financing for my car. These people have worked for me I can't really complain they've worked with me when I needed them to and I'll make my last payment next week. But I am in the market for a new vehicle and I do plan to use them for my next purchase I like dealing with them had no major problems to speak of the only annoying thing would be the pestering phone reminders when you miss your due date but you have a ten day grace period which is very helpful but when you call and let them know you will pay on a certain date they will stop
