I began going to Refine at the Savannah location toward the end of March. Emily takes care of my Botox and Lip Filler, and she's truly fantastic at it! She also makes me feel incredibly comfortable, which is a big deal because I'm not great with pain. The rest of the staff at Refine are awesome too, and their customer service is top-notch — definitely deserves 5+ stars!

I saw Emily earlier this year for a Botox consult and was very happy with my appointment. Emily was thorough, informative, and transparent about results and pricing. She went through all the different tox options and was able to inject me during my consult appointment. I ended up going with Xeomin, which I had never heard of, but Emily provided me with a lot of information on it and was able to sign me up for rewards through Xeomin. Now I get money off every service and earn rewards for every treatment I get. I've been back twice now and will continue to regularly see Emily every 3 months. Highly recommend this place! Had an appointment Shambi and it was my first time going to a place like this, and 10/10 would recommend! The receptionist was super helpful, she answered all of my questions and made the process so much easier! My results were way better than I had though, I clearly saw a difference! I will continue to use this place for sure.
