Kym did my wife’s hair, said she would meet her at our house then she says we would have to go to her. When we got there kym was late and was on her cell phone instead of doing my wife’s hair and makeup and took 4 hours to do it. Very unprofessional read the reviews people. Kym is terrible and so is this place.

I don’t know who owns the establishment but I should’ve listened to the previous poor ratings. Lucie is tardy and very unprofessional. I was looking forward to my hair being done by her however my 9am appointment was constantly pushed back until it got to 1pm. 1pm she was still doing a client’s hair after she left for hours at a time. Offered a free hairdo, my husband recommended i take the hairdo but i was willing to pay. Once I replied she ghosted me. Very tardy and unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend
