Our heart pine floors were in horrible shape. The previous owners had a poor sanding job and there were gouges all over the floor. On top of that, they painted the floors, again poorly. OSHF refinished the floors, sanding them silky-smooth, staining them a beautiful brown and sealing them. We highly recommend them.
