Pete and Ricky in the SAV terminal and Vinny and Jeff in the POM terminal are excellent to work with. I do NOT have a commercial account and as such, needed to ship my broken Suzuki DF150 Outboard Motor Lower Unit to Pompano Beach, FL to Outboard Wizards, LLC for replacement. Pete asked me to drive to the SAV terminal to drop off my Lower Unit, Ricky helped me get it out of my car, put it on a pallet, shipped it to the POM terminal and then onto Outboard Wizards, LLC to get it replaced. Travis Young delivered my shipment yesterday and did a fantastic job, was very personable and helpful. The community I live in has many rules that cause some folks to have to jump through hoops to just get to our house. Since he’s delivered here a lot he just went with the flow and got here on time! He is a great ambassador for Old Dominion! Thank you Travis!
