I worked with Addison Altizer from New American Funding. There was discussion about my qualifying for a mortgage because as a retiree, my monthly income was in question. But Addison persevered in so many ways. From going out of his way to pick up all the required loan paperwork to always being readily available to answer any and all of my questions. He was my Ace-in-the Hole so to speak...getting me through what was for me a very scary situation.
