The NICU team was amazing but the moment I needed help once I got home, the operator kept hanging up in my face and patching me in to the wrong line and then stopped answering the phone. The way my postpartum is taking a toll, I am panicking with no help. Still no answer nor a call back from anyone. I can't do this?
I went for a thyroid ultrasound called to schedule on the schedule line, then they transferred me to register for my appt., then I talked with finance office. Ms.Ariel from finance helped me so much after my appt regarding my questions and was so professional and pleasant. My ultrasound tech for my thyroid was professional and caring as well. Everyone in registration was very busy but they got me in and made sure I was taken to the appt. Area quickly. Highly satisfied and a local. Thank you Memorial
We had 1 excellent nurse and that was David on 4 tower! David is a travel nurse who is very attentive and compassionate. He was on top of everything and communicated with us. Communication!! You can imagine being a patient or family member stuck in the hospital with your loved one and not knowing what was going on or feeling like it’s been an eternity since you’ve seen anyone. He kept us informed. Thanks David!
Unfortunately I can’t say the same for night shift. They’re very abrupt. I realize they have a job to do and are required to come in the room so often to give meds round on the pt ect but they would come in loudly, turn the brightest... read full review
