Outstanding service. Jacob is the best. Bought a new Honeywell wifi thermostat that worked for about 10 minutes. Jacob came back and ran through an excellent troubleshooting sequence to determine the device was defective. Returning to Amazon.

Cannot say enough good things! After calling over a dozen HVAC companies for an emergency visit, they were the only ones that could come same-day. The problem was fixed and our air is back on, and the service was exceptional. We will be doing all our business with this company from now on.

Joe from McCall's Heating and Air stopped by today for my semi-annual Geothermal 5 Ton maintenance check. Joe was outstanding, as he checked, serviced and cleaned everything very throughly, all the while explaining in layman's terms what he was doing. I was surprised to learn that McCall's goes above and beyond the call in protecting the environment by preventing the release of hydrocarbons into the atmosphere. McCall's has fantastic maintenance and install technicians, and Joe is the Best of the Best.
