For years I have suffered with lymph edema only to be told by doctors to wear compression socks. But the swelling wasn't just in my legs and feet, it was in my whole body. Summertime is especially brutal for me. Kamaka had me in for a consultation and treatment. She taught me so much about my lymphatic system and how it has to be drained. Once the treatment began I could feel the fluid in my limbs circulating. When the treatment was done my legs looked how a normal person's legs should look. I’ve been seeing Kamaka for almost 4 months for Myofascial Release and Massage therapy and she has forever changed my life! I recommended her to my husband as well and we’ve never felt better!
I had rotator cuff surgery a few months ago and now I’m going to physical therapy and Makalani Lymphedema & Massage Therapy was suggested to me and I thought I’d give it a try.I had some pain, but the area where the tendon was reattached was REALLY sore. I’ve had two Myofascial Release Treatments and the results are AMAZING.
