I recently re injured my knee on a trail along the Chattahoche. I am on my feet a lot because of my job. I was struggling a lot with pain in my knees and hip. I spoke with Sara about a massage and she informed me of the benefits.
She gave me a very intense massage using several different techniques. Sara was extremely thorough and professional. She was also very cognizant about my comfort level during the massage by checking in ever so often to make sure it wasn’t too much pressure. Afterwards she did some stretching with me.
