We have a house at Tybee in which I forgot to completely drain the pipes before winter. In February, I walked in and the faucet assembly was in the sink. Henry Plumbing completed the disassembly, went into town, got the identical fixture, and installed it the same day. When the water was turned on, a shower handle blew off.
