We used this company to manage our property. They started out great and then it started taking long periods of time to get things addressed, repairs made, and to get the house rented. The agent we were working with became rude and insulting blaming the lack of rental interest on a "poor paint job" that my husband did two years ago. My husband took leave to drive down to Savannah to look at the house and it is TRASHED! They said it would be a soft pull, but they lied. Great job history and rental history... only a few points shy, and was denied after they lied and said they look at the candidate as a whole...not just credit. Had to call because we hadn't heard anything only to be told we didn't qualify. They're just racking up on application fees. Go else where.

In March 2018 my husband and I viewed a home for rent. Knowing that Coldwell Banker does all of their rental showings as open houses (and will not accept rental applications until after the showing) we arrived 30 minutes early, gave the house a quick once over (first in/first out) and hauled butt to the management company to apply for the home. We were the first people to fill out an application and the lady at the desk assured us that we were first and wrote "1st" at the top of our application. Then we got denied for the home.
