Just pulled without an appointment. Wanted information & recommendations on putting a back up camera in my 2011 Jaguar XK. He inspected my car, and made a recommendation on which unit to purchase. He even took me to the correct area on the sales floor to buy the unit, and set up the installation date. Truly, a most enjoyable experience.

I had a dash cam installed here. My primary contact was Cheyenne. She was candid about the worth of services and ensured I made the most of my money. When we were forced to reschedule due to my needing another part, she scheduled me for the closest available slots. The installation took about 1.5 hours and she established the most optimal settings and made sure that I was familiar with the device before departing. I'll be back here if I need any services!

The price advertised on the display was not the price the radar detector was. I asked the sales associate to speak with a manager and the manager did not take the time to explain to me why their mistake in advertising was not gonna be honored. They just relayed the message to the associate. This happened around 7:30 PM November 2nd in their car audio department. The associate was helpful but management both not taking the time to assist me and denying the advertised price was pretty detached and their "no" response to my question was very curt. I normally get better service here so I'm surprised by the lack of assurance from this store. Had I brought that up to the checkout and faced embarrassment from the situation, I'd of rated this store lower in this event
